Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience in software or SaaS environments.
  • Experience in healthcare technology or senior care domains is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end product lifecycles and deliver measurable outcomes.
  • Experience working with cloud-based platforms (Azure experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive prioritization and decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex problems into clear, actionable product strategies.
  • Customer-centric mindset with experience conducting user research and discovery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and execution for assigned senior living product areas.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, engaging directly with providers, caregivers, and stakeholders.
  • Translate customer needs into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized product backlogs.
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through delivery and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and clinical stakeholders to ensure product feasibility and value.
  • Use qualitative and quantitative data to identify user needs, pain points, and product opportunities.
  • Prioritize features and trade-offs using data-driven analysis and business impact evaluation.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services for successful product launches.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and contribute to product differentiation and innovation strategy.
  • Represent the product at customer meetings, industry events, and partner engagements.
