- Full-time degree in an Engineering background
- Proficiency in programming languages, specifically Python
- Strong understanding of REST API and making API calls
- Experience with Postman
- Experience with integration tools like Zapier and other middleware
- Self-motivated, flexible, and collaborative
- Commitment to best practices and continual improvement
Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise through solution designs, solution demonstrations, and proof of concepts.
- Cater to customer requirements and provide support assistance when required.
- Deliver customer demos and assist with customer onboarding.
- Design solutions based on customer requirements and flexibility.
- Work cross-functionally with the Product Management and Engineering teams.
- Maintain accurate account details and contact information in the CRM.
- Collaborate with CS and Sales teams on demos and onboarding.
- Maintain an R&D mindset to create innovative solutions and workflows.
