- Proficiency in computer systems and MS Office tools.
- Typing speed of approximately 45 WPM.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new systems and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality customer service by following structured benefit verification processes.
- Verify insurance eligibility and assign correct insurance plans within healthcare systems.
- Calculate patient financial responsibility and attempt timely collection of cost share or liabilities.
- Ensure accurate selection of medical records and scheduling based on clinical guidelines.
- Maintain detailed and compliant documentation across health information systems.
- Communicate with hospital teams and internal stakeholders for financial clearance coordination.
- Meet performance expectations for quality, productivity, and call standards.
- Adhere to organizational policies and compliance requirements.
