Requirements
- Minimum 5 years' experience translating and reviewing content
- Proficient in Legal, Marketing, Support, and Product subject matter
- Well-versed in various translation and terminology tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
- Native fluency in Korean
- Degree in linguistics, translation or equivalent experience
- Able to translate and review
- Able to do machine translation post-editing
Responsibilities
- Act as intermediary between the client and Welocalize linguists
- Maintain overall quality under the 97% fail rate
- Analyze deliverables and implement actions for improvement
- Support linguists in the review process and arbitration
- Identify underperforming linguists and make recommendations
- Put training materials together and conduct training sessions
- Organize regular calls with reviewers/LS to discuss corrections and requirements
