Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, engineering, accounting, computer systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis, project management, and software development lifecycle methodologies.
  • Background in measurement technologies or midstream energy systems (e.g., FLOWCAL, TESTit, ProveIT) strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience managing teams, portfolios of work, and cross-functional initiatives in complex environments.
  • Strong ability to analyze processes, define requirements, and implement structured improvement solutions.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, influencing decisions, and communicating effectively across all organizational levels.
  • Knowledge of change management practices, testing strategies, training execution, and operational rollout processes.
  • Strong analytical thinking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Measurement Business Process Optimization team, guiding the identification and execution of process and technology improvement initiatives.
  • Partner with Measurement and IT stakeholders to evaluate system functionality, enhancements, and optimization opportunities across measurement applications.
  • Oversee prioritization of initiatives in collaboration with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to maximize business value delivery.
  • Review and provide governance over solution designs, project plans, and deliverables to ensure alignment with scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
  • Drive end-to-end project execution following established project management and change management best practices.
  • Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across business units, IT teams, vendors, and consultants.
  • Ensure proper documentation of requirements, testing strategies, training, and implementation plans for successful adoption.
  • Lead process reviews and continuous improvement initiatives, implementing controls that enhance efficiency, compliance, and risk mitigation.
