Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–6+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Power BI (DAX, Power Query, dashboard development).
- Experience working with Azure data platforms and integrating multiple data sources.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and semantic layer design.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business requirements into structured analytics solutions.
- Strong analytical thinking to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Experience with performance optimization and large-scale dataset handling.
- Strong communication skills with ability to present insights to diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate in cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop advanced Power BI dashboards, scorecards, and interactive visual analytics.
- Build and maintain scalable data models using Power BI, DAX, and Power Query.
- Develop and optimize ETL processes and integrate data from Azure-based platforms and on-premise databases.
- Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to manage data pipelines and reporting layers.
- Gather and translate business requirements and KPIs into structured BI solutions.
- Deliver executive-level insights through clear dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- Implement performance optimization techniques including incremental refresh and query tuning.
- Apply data security practices including row-level security and access controls.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
- Support end-users through training, documentation, and adoption of BI tools.
