Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
  • 5+ years of related data analytics experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in business intelligence or financial services analytics.
  • Expertise in KPI development, dashboard creation, and performance reporting.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry.
  • Experience working with large, complex datasets (cleansing, modeling, validation).
  • Strong understanding of KPI design related to sales and operational metrics.
  • Strong data storytelling skills for presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Build and own the full lifecycle of KPIs for the Member Financial Services department.
  • Develop dashboards, automated reports, and data products.
  • Conduct deep-dive analyses on member interactions, product utilization, and financial performance.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to influence business planning and member experience.
  • Analyze sales activity, member engagement, and cross-sell effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to unify data sources.
  • Educate stakeholders on KPI methodology and analytics best practices.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with reporting and data privacy regulations.
