Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate experience.
- 5+ years of related data analytics experience.
- 4+ years of experience in business intelligence or financial services analytics.
- Expertise in KPI development, dashboard creation, and performance reporting.
- Experience in the Financial Services industry.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets (cleansing, modeling, validation).
- Strong understanding of KPI design related to sales and operational metrics.
- Strong data storytelling skills for presenting to diverse audiences.
Responsibilities
- Build and own the full lifecycle of KPIs for the Member Financial Services department.
- Develop dashboards, automated reports, and data products.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on member interactions, product utilization, and financial performance.
- Provide strategic recommendations to influence business planning and member experience.
- Analyze sales activity, member engagement, and cross-sell effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners to unify data sources.
- Educate stakeholders on KPI methodology and analytics best practices.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline reporting processes.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with reporting and data privacy regulations.
