Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a technical role such as Solutions Architect, Cloud Engineer, System Engineer, Network Engineer, Developer, or a related position focused on cloud technologies.
- Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and configuration management tools, particularly Terraform and/or Ansible.
- Solid expertise in Kubernetes and proficiency in Python programming.
- Strong understanding of GPU computing environments used for machine learning training and inference workloads, including familiarity with technologies such as CUDA, OpenCL, and related software components.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Customer-focused mindset with a proven ability to build trusted relationships and deliver value-driven solutions.
- Experience with HPC or ML orchestration platforms such as Slurm or Kubeflow is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks including TensorFlow and PyTorch is considered an advantage.
- Knowledge of cloud-based machine learning ecosystems and services from major industry providers is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers, providing guidance throughout their cloud infrastructure and AI/ML adoption journey.
- Lead technical engagements including proof-of-concepts, workshops, training sessions, and presentations focused on cloud and GPU-based technologies.
- Collaborate with clients to understand business objectives and design scalable, secure, and efficient cloud architectures aligned with their operational requirements.
- Develop and document Infrastructure-as-Code solutions, technical best practices, implementation guides, and architecture documentation in partnership with support and documentation teams.
- Help customers optimize AI/ML pipelines for performance, scalability, and efficient utilization of cloud resources.
- Act as the primary technical point of expertise for customer use cases, collaborating with product, support, and marketing teams to ensure successful outcomes.
- Support external events such as conferences, webinars, hackathons, and workshops by providing technical expertise and thought leadership.
