- Ability to work in ambiguous environments independently.
- Experience working in distributed, remote-first teams.
Responsibilities
- Act as a technical advisor in pre-sales engagements, participating in discovery sessions and demos.
- Develop and deliver proof-of-concepts for infrastructure data models and automation platforms.
- Lead technical demonstrations and workshops for various stakeholders.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and technology partners to design scalable solutions.
- Provide post-sales technical support during onboarding and implementation.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to influence product roadmap.
- Contribute to documentation, demos, and thought leadership materials.
