Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with 18+ years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 15+ years of experience.
- Active U.S. architectural licensure is required.
- Extensive experience delivering complex, large-scale architectural projects.
- Experience in mission-critical or high-performance facility environments.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
- Proven leadership experience with multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong design, execution, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and visual presentation skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute to architectural design and project execution from early concept through final delivery.
- Collaborate with senior leadership, clients, and multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex mission-critical facilities.
- Apply advanced design thinking and technical expertise to resolve highly complex architectural challenges.
- Ensure integration of innovative design methods and sustainability practices.
- Oversee documentation and coordination using advanced design and visualization tools.
