Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in information security, systems administration, systems integration, IT support, or related technical disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, incident response, vulnerability management, and security operations.
  • Experience conducting forensic investigations and analyzing security events across endpoint and network environments.
  • Proven ability to create and maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive technical documentation.
  • Security+ certification or an equivalent industry-recognized cybersecurity certification.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
  • Self-motivated professional with a proactive mindset, a commitment to continuous learning, and a passion for improving security outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and support Security-as-a-Service operations to ensure the ongoing protection of client environments.
  • Investigate security alerts, assess risks, and determine the scope and impact of security incidents.
  • Conduct advanced endpoint security analysis and forensic investigations to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead and coordinate responses to complex security incidents, ensuring effective containment, remediation, documentation, and communication.
  • Perform vulnerability assessments, evaluate findings, and prioritize remediation activities to reduce organizational risk.
  • Deploy, maintain, and optimize security tools, patches, updates, and controls to strengthen overall security posture.
  • Produce reports on security health, threat activity, and operational metrics for internal and client stakeholders.
  • Deliver security awareness training and provide guidance that promotes strong cybersecurity practices across organizations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support additional security-related projects as required.
