Requirements
- BS/BA degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in security, IT, or a related role.
- Experience with compliance standards like SOC2, HITRUST, or HIPAA.
- Familiarity with SIEM and logging concepts.
- Experience with AWS, M365 Entra/Purview, or similar security tools.
- Ability to write/maintain scripts in Python, Bash, or Go.
- Experience with AI tools for security analysis.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Responsibilities
- Analyze, deploy, integrate, and monitor security tools such as AWS, HubSpot, and Huntress SIEM.
- Review security baselines and collaborate with IT to close compliance gaps.
- Monitor security controls for SOC 2 and HITRUST assessments.
- Monitor dashboards and incidents and participate in tabletop exercises.
- Develop security awareness training content using real-world signal data.
- Work with product teams to ensure security monitoring in the SDLC.
- Develop AI-powered security capabilities and automation scripts.
- Maintain security runbooks and track key security performance metrics.
