Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Science, teaching, or related professional/academic roles.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of analytics workflows including data cleaning, analysis, visualization, and interpretation.
- Proficiency in tools such as SQL, Python, Excel, Tableau, and PostgreSQL.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods including hypothesis testing, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, structured explanations for beginner and intermediate learners.
- Excellent communication skills with strong written and verbal English proficiency.
- Experience delivering online sessions using tools such as Zoom or similar platforms.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities in a remote environment.
- Teaching or EdTech experience is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields preferred.
- PhD or ongoing PhD in a relevant field is considered a strong advantage.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts and adapt to scheduling requirements.
Responsibilities
- Deliver live instructional sessions, video tutoring, and on-demand academic support across Data Analytics topics.
- Review and ensure quality standards of academic content, maintaining high QA scores across all assigned activities.
- Support learners by explaining complex analytical concepts in a structured, simple, and engaging manner.
- Conduct interactive Q&A sessions, mentorship activities, and community engagement initiatives to improve learner outcomes.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on mentor-led sessions and externally sourced academic materials.
- Mentor newly onboarded experts (MNEs), supporting their training, performance, and integration during the initial onboarding period.
- Identify learner knowledge gaps and escalate insights to academic leads for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement by suggesting updates aligned with industry trends and learner needs.
- Monitor workload distribution and recommend adjustments to ensure effective delivery of academic support.
- Prepare reports on academic quality, engagement effectiveness, and learner support performance.
