Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or related roles, including team leadership exposure.
- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for querying, data extraction, and database understanding.
- Proficiency in data visualization and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, Looker, or Excel.
- Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and execution.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Zendesk.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup and adapt to evening shift requirements.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of data analysts and data professionals to deliver high-quality, actionable insights.
- Define and implement data analytics strategies aligned with business goals and organizational priorities.
- Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to design, develop, and deploy effective data solutions and dashboards.
- Manage analytics projects end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget constraints.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, quality standards, and data privacy requirements.
- Present insights, reports, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated with emerging analytics tools, technologies, and industry best practices to continuously improve capabilities.
