Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in biopharma, medical device, diagnostics, biotechnology, or life sciences.
- 2–5+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
- Background in specialty sales environments (diabetes, rescue markets, or complex healthcare).
- Demonstrated ability to drive performance through KPIs and analytics.
- Proven success in coaching and mentoring.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team by recruiting, hiring, coaching, and retaining top commercial talent.
- Drive sales performance across the assigned territory by setting clear expectations and monitoring KPIs.
- Conduct regular field visits, business reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Foster a strong performance-driven culture.
- Translate national and regional strategies into actionable plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
