Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in biopharma, medical device, diagnostics, biotechnology, or life sciences.
  • 2–5+ years of proven sales leadership experience.
  • Background in specialty sales environments (diabetes, rescue markets, or complex healthcare).
  • Demonstrated ability to drive performance through KPIs and analytics.
  • Proven success in coaching and mentoring.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%).

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a high-performing regional sales team by recruiting, hiring, coaching, and retaining top commercial talent.
  • Drive sales performance across the assigned territory by setting clear expectations and monitoring KPIs.
  • Conduct regular field visits, business reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Foster a strong performance-driven culture.
  • Translate national and regional strategies into actionable plans.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
