Job Details

Minimum 5 years of experience in Growth, Revenue, or Business Operations, or Founder’s Office roles.
Proven ability to build and own workflows, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Experience translating ambiguous challenges into structured plans and measurable outcomes.
Strong project management skills coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, automation, and operational software.
Analytical mindset for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in fast-moving environments.
Understanding of growth, customer acquisition, and GTM principles.
Bias toward execution and experimentation.

Translate high-level business priorities into actionable projects, systems, workflows, and repeatable operating processes.
Build, launch, and optimize growth initiatives, customer outreach programs, and account nurturing strategies.
Improve conversion funnels, customer journey processes, CRM workflows, and operational handoffs across teams.
Lead projects related to brand visibility, communications, founder-led initiatives, social presence, and external engagement.
Design and maintain dashboards, reporting frameworks, performance metrics, and operational cadences.
Create scalable playbooks and automation workflows.
Leverage AI-powered tools and operational technologies for efficiency.
Identify business bottlenecks and prioritize high-impact opportunities.
Collaborate across growth, operations, marketing, and leadership functions.
