- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced environments while managing multiple client priorities and deliverables.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience mentoring or guiding team members.
- Proactive, resourceful, and curious mindset with a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field preferred.
Responsibilities
- Partner with clients to define and execute forward-looking growth strategies that align with business goals and unlock new opportunities across channels, services, and platforms.
- Translate business objectives into integrated marketing strategies leveraging audience insights, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Lead the development of insights-driven recommendations across media, creative, and analytics to inform campaign planning and optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and refine cross-channel strategies, audience targeting, and investment approaches.
- Support sales and growth teams in pitch development, client onboarding, renewals, and strategic presentations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients by identifying challenges, uncovering opportunities, and co-creating innovative solutions.
- Mentor and support internal team members, contributing to a culture of strategic excellence and collaboration.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and help elevate strategic positioning across client and agency engagements.
