Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
- 6+ years of Project Management experience.
- 3+ years of experience with continuous improvement methodologies like Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
- Strong business knowledge and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Experience leading projects under aggressive timelines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.
- Experience with Encompass, TPO portals, and Loan Operating Systems.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and high-volume workloads.
Responsibilities
- Manages support activities in the development and implementation of Loan Servicing Division wide strategies.
- Oversees a portfolio of continuous improvement engagements.
- Collaborates with senior business leaders and functional leaders to map current states and design future states.
- Performs management responsibilities including hiring, training, assigning work, and performance feedback.
- Leads project lifecycles from analysis and specification to design and deployment.
- Develops project schedules, estimates, and resource plans.
- Builds and executes project communication plans.
- Establishes key performance metrics and reporting/dashboard solutions.
- Promotes a culture of team collaboration and operational excellence.
