Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account strategy, digital consulting, marketing strategy, or client success roles.
  • Strong background in strategic marketing, digital engagement, or healthcare-related digital environments preferred.
  • Proven ability to engage and influence executive-level stakeholders and navigate committee-based decision-making structures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into strategic recommendations.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, paid media platforms, and digital marketing channels is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive account expansion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Responsibilities

  • Lead long-term account strategy by understanding client business goals, healthcare market dynamics, and digital performance data to develop actionable growth plans.
  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, including multi-location healthcare organizations and complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
  • Facilitate strategic client sessions with executives and committees, presenting insights, recommendations, and digital roadmaps.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on digital marketing solutions, healthcare digital strategy, and platform capabilities.
  • Identify, nurture, and expand revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling of digital products and services.
  • Monitor account health, manage escalations, and communicate critical updates to ensure strong client relationships and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated, cross-functional solutions that align with client and business objectives.
  • Contribute to process improvements, mentoring peers, and supporting the overall development of the account strategy function.
