Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, security engineering, infrastructure delivery, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrated success leading complex physical security programs within data centers, critical infrastructure environments, or comparable industries.
- Strong knowledge of physical security technologies, including access control systems, video surveillance, intrusion detection, biometric solutions, and perimeter defense.
- Proven expertise in program planning, stakeholder management, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience working within global organizations and managing initiatives involving multiple teams and business units.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and executive stakeholder engagement skills.
- Familiarity with industry compliance and security frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, and NIST.
- Experience in hyperscale, colocation, or large-scale infrastructure environments is highly valued.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PgMP, CISSP, PSP, or equivalent are considered advantageous.
- Knowledge of construction, facilities engineering, critical infrastructure operations, or physical-cybersecurity integration is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of global physical security programs covering access control, surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter protection, and related security technologies.
- Define strategic roadmaps and translate business and security objectives into measurable program outcomes and actionable plans.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of security initiatives, coordinating activities across design, procurement, deployment, operations, and maintenance functions.
- Establish and promote standardized physical security architectures and best practices across multiple sites and regions.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate security risks while ensuring alignment with organizational risk management objectives.
- Support compliance efforts, audits, incident reviews, and corrective action programs related to physical security controls.
- Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to communicate program progress, risks, priorities, and recommendations.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and integrators, overseeing selection processes, performance, and cost optimization initiatives.
