Requirements
- 10+ years Program leadership experience in hardware development environments.
- Proven success leading complex, cross-functional technical programs.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Technical foundation in hardware or controls engineering (electrical, software, mechanical, or systems).
- Experience driving products through the full development lifecycle.
- Experience with design, validation, regulatory certification, and manufacturing scale-up.
Responsibilities
- Lead a portfolio of programs ranging from focused tactical initiatives to multi-year, company-wide efforts.
- Frame tradeoffs, resolve cross-functional conflicts, and drive alignment.
- Communicate clearly with senior leadership and external partners to drive decisions.
- Partner closely with engineering, reliability, test, operations, supply chain, and manufacturing teams.
- Drive programs through NPI, manufacturing handoff, and production ramp.
- Leverage tools such as Jira and enterprise data systems to improve program transparency.
- Identify technical, operational, and schedule risks early and lead mitigation.
