Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, security engineering, or infrastructure delivery.
- Proven experience managing large-scale physical security programs in data centers or critical infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of physical security systems (access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, perimeter defense).
- Strong program management skills, including planning, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience working with global teams and complex stakeholder environments.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation skills.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC, NIST, etc.).
- Background in construction, facilities engineering, or critical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the roadmap for data center physical security programs.
- Translate business and security objectives into executable program plans.
- Drive end-to-end program execution across design, procurement, deployment, and operations.
- Establish global design standards for systems such as CCTV, badge access, biometrics, and monitoring platforms.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate physical security risks across data center environments.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST frameworks).
- Communicate program status, risks, and tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage relationships with security vendors, integrators, and consultants.
