Requirements
- 3–5 years of product design experience with strong ownership of end-to-end product work
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma with production-ready, component-based design capability
- Hands-on experience using AI tools for rapid prototyping and design exploration
- Strong understanding of UX principles including user journeys, flows, wireframes, and interaction design
- Ability to work independently with ambiguity and convert unclear inputs into structured solutions
- Strong communication skills to present, defend, and align on design decisions with stakeholders
- Experience working in Agile environments; familiarity with fintech or enterprise products is a plus
Responsibilities
- Define and own end-to-end user experience across key product workflows and journeys
- Create UX artifacts such as user flows, journey maps, wireframes, sketches, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Translate ambiguous feedback from users and stakeholders into structured design hypotheses and solutions
- Proactively identify product friction points and propose UX improvements before they are assigned
- Use AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate design concepts
- Deliver Figma-ready, developer-handoff designs with clear structure and minimal ambiguity
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure feasibility and high-quality implementation
- Support and maintain consistency across design systems and product UI patterns
