- 1+ year of experience mentoring or leading technical teams
- Strong background in SOC operations, incident response processes, or security engineering
- Proven ability to deliver complex technical solutions in customer-facing environments
- Strong understanding of modern cybersecurity technologies, frameworks, and automation approaches
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to create clear technical documentation, diagrams, and solution designs
- Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and delivery ownership skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and contribute directly to customer implementations, integrations, migrations, and automation deployments within a SOAR-driven environment
- Act as the technical escalation point for complex issues, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineers in both technical delivery and client-facing skills
- Drive consistency, quality, and efficiency across all professional services engagements
- Conduct performance evaluations, support career development plans, and build team capability
- Collaborate closely with product, technical account management, and engineering teams to align delivery outcomes
- Support high-priority customer escalations and strategic technical discussions
- Ensure best practices in security automation implementation and service delivery excellence
