Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in pre-sales, consulting, or customer-facing leadership roles in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS
- Proven experience building and scaling technical or Field Engineering teams
- Strong background working with BFSI or large enterprise accounts generating significant revenue impact
- Deep understanding of Big Data architecture (Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, ML concepts)
- Experience with cloud platforms and data ecosystems (e.g., Apache Spark / Databricks preferred)
- Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth, global environments
- Strong passion for data, AI, and value-driven technology solutions
Responsibilities
- Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Field Engineering / Solutions Architecture team focused on Data & AI
- Manage hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of team members across BFSI and enterprise accounts
- Coach and mentor Solutions Architects to drive value-based selling and identify revenue opportunities
- Engage directly with C-level and senior stakeholders at strategic BFSI customers
- Support complex sales cycles and ensure strong technical positioning of solutions
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to strengthen market impact and execution
- Contribute insights from the field to influence strategy and roadmap decisions
- Drive a customer-obsessed, high-performance and collaborative team culture
