Requirements
- Experience building or owning foundational data/platform primitives at scale.
- Expertise in ingestion frameworks, metadata/governance platforms, or SaaS infrastructure.
- Strong proficiency in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Experience operating high-availability platforms with strict SLOs.
- Demonstrated platform leadership experience, including managing managers.
- Proven track record of building and mentoring high-performing engineering teams.
- Strong systems thinking with ability to connect technical decisions to strategy.
- High agency and builder mindset.
- Interest in AI-assisted development and agentic systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering charter for AI-ready context store architecture.
- Drive delivery of ingestion and validation frameworks.
- Manage contract-driven routing, storage, and serving layers.
- Oversee multi-tenant isolation and noisy-neighbor resilience.
- Develop search APIs with sub-second P95 response times.
- Ensure 99.99% system availability.
- Lead system design, RFC reviews, and critical technical decisions.
- Mentor and scale engineering teams and managers.
- Define engineering metrics and operational excellence standards.
