Requirements
- 4+ years of production Python experience with async and performance optimization.
- Solid grasp of distributed systems concepts such as state machines and eventual consistency.
- Experience integrating LLM APIs with streaming, function calling, and structured output.
- Comfort with FastAPI or similar async web frameworks.
- Working knowledge of AWS services including EKS, ECS, S3, and Lambda.
- Proficiency with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions).
- Strong discipline in TDD and automated testing (pytest).
- Strong written and spoken English proficiency.
- Availability to work with US business-hour overlap.
Responsibilities
- Build and ship specialized agents including parsers, business-rule extractors, and test synthesizers.
- Design agents that trace actions to code using the Code Intelligence Graph.
- Implement governed autonomy with human-in-the-loop controls.
- Orchestrate frontier foundation models using the Aedeon Decision Model.
- Own assigned agents from prototype to post-release validation.
- Practice TDD by writing contract and equivalence tests before agent code.
- Build behavior-equivalence verification harnesses and output diffing.
- Maintain automated test suites and integrate into CI/CD pipelines.
