Job Details

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (new graduates welcome).
Strong foundational knowledge of Linux operating systems, including process management, memory, storage, and networking concepts.
Basic understanding of networking fundamentals such as OSI model, TCP/IP, and DNS.
Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Shell, or similar.
Understanding of version control systems like Git.
Exposure to databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL is a plus.
Awareness of configuration management tools (Ansible, Puppet, Chef) is advantageous.
Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to work in production support and on-call environments.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional, global teams.
Eagerness to learn infrastructure, automation, and site reliability engineering practices.

Support system reliability and uptime by monitoring, troubleshooting, and resolving production incidents across large-scale email and infrastructure systems.
Participate in on-call rotations to handle escalations, outages, and urgent operational issues in real time.
Diagnose and resolve system, application, and network-related issues across distributed environments.
Develop scripts and automation tools to eliminate repetitive operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with engineering, networking, and operations teams to ensure system stability and performance.
Assist in managing and maintaining Linux-based systems, including performance tuning and system optimization.
Support deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure operations using automation tools and version control systems.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying recurring issues and proposing long-term fixes.
