Requirements
- Production deployment experience for distributed/cloud-hosted services.
- Hands-on Terraform experience in AWS and GCP.
- Familiarity with Bazel, Gradle, Maven, or CMake.
- CI/CD systems management experience.
- Proficiency in Linux/shell scripting.
- Strong written English skills.
- Programming proficiency in Java, Go, Python, or TypeScript.
- Experience with PagerDuty and Linear.
- Background in platform or DevOps engineering.
- Familiarity with Kubernetes in production.
- Experience with Bazel or Remote Execution API (REAPI).
Responsibilities
- Drive weekly releases from branch cut to production.
- Manage phased deployment using Terraform and internal tools.
- Deploy configuration changes to a global fleet and resolve Terraform drift.
- Triage issues, route tickets, and investigate customer-reported problems.
- Maintain master branch CI health and resolve flaky tests.
- Coordinate between engineers during production incidents.
- Improve runbooks and reduce manual toil.
