Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in CRM operations, revenue operations, or related roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales Hub preferred).
- Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management (MQL, SQL, opportunity stages) and CRM-driven sales workflows.
- Experience integrating CRM systems with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
- Proven ability to develop SOPs, training materials, and user documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality, reporting accuracy, and governance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end management and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales Hub).
- Develop, document, and enforce CRM processes, SOPs, and best practices.
- Manage CRM integrations with marketing automation and third-party systems.
- Lead CRM training, onboarding, and user enablement initiatives.
- Oversee data governance and quality, including standardization and deduplication.
- Serve as the cross-functional liaison between Sales, Marketing, and IT teams.
