Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in CRM operations, revenue operations, or related roles.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales Hub preferred).
  • Solid understanding of lead lifecycle management (MQL, SQL, opportunity stages) and CRM-driven sales workflows.
  • Experience integrating CRM systems with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Proven ability to develop SOPs, training materials, and user documentation.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data quality, reporting accuracy, and governance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management and continuous optimization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM (Sales Hub).
  • Develop, document, and enforce CRM processes, SOPs, and best practices.
  • Manage CRM integrations with marketing automation and third-party systems.
  • Lead CRM training, onboarding, and user enablement initiatives.
  • Oversee data governance and quality, including standardization and deduplication.
  • Serve as the cross-functional liaison between Sales, Marketing, and IT teams.
