Requirements
- 3–8 years of experience in vendor quality, master data management, regulatory compliance, or related quality systems roles
- Hands-on experience with SAP Quality Module or similar enterprise systems
- Strong understanding of supplier documentation, ingredient data, and quality management processes
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage large and complex datasets accurately
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Experience in process improvement, automation, or data governance initiatives is an advantage
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate supplier and ingredient master data to support corporate quality and compliance programs
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates, documentation accuracy, and data consistency
- Support vendor quality and risk management processes across global operations
- Assist in data governance, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure efficient tracking, distribution, and follow-up of daily operational quality activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
- Contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and simplification of master data workflows
- Support reporting activities to enable informed decision-making across quality and supply functions
