Requirements

  • 3–8 years of experience in vendor quality, master data management, regulatory compliance, or related quality systems roles
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Quality Module or similar enterprise systems
  • Strong understanding of supplier documentation, ingredient data, and quality management processes
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage large and complex datasets accurately
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with proficiency in Excel and Power BI preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a global, fast-paced, and cross-functional environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities
  • Experience in process improvement, automation, or data governance initiatives is an advantage

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate supplier and ingredient master data to support corporate quality and compliance programs
  • Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure timely updates, documentation accuracy, and data consistency
  • Support vendor quality and risk management processes across global operations
  • Assist in data governance, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure efficient tracking, distribution, and follow-up of daily operational quality activities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data integrity, reporting accuracy, and operational efficiency
  • Contribute to process improvements, automation efforts, and simplification of master data workflows
  • Support reporting activities to enable informed decision-making across quality and supply functions
