Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in banking operations, payments, treasury, fintech operations, or similar financial services environments.
- Strong knowledge of payment systems including ACH, wire transfers, settlement processes, reconciliation workflows, and cash management operations.
- Experience working with banking partners, financial institutions, and third-party vendors in regulated environments.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, with familiarity in reporting tools and operational dashboards.
- Understanding of operational risk, compliance frameworks, and financial controls (including SOX concepts preferred).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily banking and payment operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of ACH, wires, RTP, card settlements, funding flows, and customer-related transactions.
- Oversee servicing and collections operations, ensuring performance aligns with regulatory requirements, customer experience standards, SLAs, and key operational KPIs.
- Manage third-party vendors including banking partners, payment processors, servicing providers, and collections agencies.
- Maintain reconciliation frameworks, operational controls, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk frameworks.
- Drive operational improvements by identifying automation opportunities.
- Serve as a key cross-functional liaison across internal stakeholders.
