Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in a digital agency
- Expertise in technical, on-page, and content SEO, and semantic optimization
- Experience with AI search ecosystems including Google AI Overviews (AIO), GEO, and LLM-based platforms
- Hands-on knowledge of GSC, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and Looker Studio
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, or SurferSEO
- Familiarity with automation tools, Python, APIs, or no-code platforms
- Understanding of how LLMs retrieve and rank web content
- Strong analytical mindset
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Excellent communication and client management skills
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies across multiple client accounts
- Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and define KPIs
- Monitor algorithm updates, AI search developments, and GEO trends
- Perform advanced keyword, entity, and topical research
- Optimize content for traditional SERPs and AI-powered search platforms
- Create SEO-first content briefs aligning with EEAT principles
- Execute technical SEO improvements including schema markup and site architecture
- Build and support SEO automation workflows using AI tools or APIs
- Develop ethical link-building and digital PR strategies
- Track performance and provide reporting and strategic recommendations to clients
