Requirements

- Proven ability to improve brand visibility and manage search engine reputation outcomes.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, search algorithms, content strategy, and digital authority building.
- Experience executing digital PR campaigns, media outreach, and influencer collaborations.
- Familiarity with reputation monitoring tools, social listening platforms, and analytics dashboards.
- Experience handling crisis communication and managing brand risks under pressure.
- Strong content creation skills with the ability to align storytelling with SEO and reputation goals.
- Awareness of AI-driven search trends, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the organization’s online reputation across search engines, digital platforms, review sites, and online communities.
- Develop and execute SEO-driven brand reputation strategies to improve visibility, authority, and search engine rankings.
- Monitor brand mentions, search results, reviews, and digital conversations to identify risks, trends, and opportunities.
- Design and implement content strategies that strengthen brand credibility and support long-term SEO performance.
- Lead digital PR initiatives, including media outreach, guest posting, and thought leadership campaigns.
- Build and maintain high-authority digital assets, profiles, and content properties to reinforce brand presence.
- Manage rapid-response reputation strategies to address negative content, crises, or brand risks effectively.
- Collaborate with media partners, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage and visibility.
- Work with customer-facing teams to amplify testimonials, case studies, and positive customer experiences.
- Track and report on KPIs related to search visibility, sentiment analysis, and brand performance metrics.
