Requirements
- 6–10 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on social media, digital content, or brand marketing.
- Proven ability to develop creative concepts and execute campaigns from ideation through to production and delivery.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, influencer ecosystems, and digital storytelling formats.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills across internal teams and external partners.
- Strong copywriting ability and experience managing or producing content for social platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret performance data and apply insights effectively.
- Highly organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools and a strong curiosity for emerging technologies in marketing and content creation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of end-to-end social media content strategies, including campaigns, daily content, and always-on storytelling initiatives.
- Manage content calendars, campaign planning, and coordination with internal teams, agencies, and external creators to ensure consistent brand execution.
- Oversee creative delivery across social-first formats including short-form video, paid social assets, and influencer/creator collaborations.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across global and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, feedback integration, and smooth campaign execution.
- Handle budgeting and resource allocation across multiple workstreams, including vendor and agency contracting throughout campaign lifecycles.
- Translate data and analytics insights into actionable improvements for content strategy and performance optimisation.
