Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within a digital agency environment.
- Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, content SEO, and semantic optimization.
- Experience with AI Overviews (AIO), GEO, and AI-assisted search optimization.
- Proven experience driving measurable SEO growth across multiple projects or industries.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and GTM.
- Experience using AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, SurferSEO, Frase, Jasper, and others.
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, reporting, presentation, and client-management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end SEO strategies for multiple client accounts.
- Conduct SEO audits, define KPIs, and deliver measurable growth in traffic, visibility, and conversions.
- Optimize websites and content for Google AI Overviews (AIO), ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and emerging AI search platforms.
- Conduct advanced keyword, entity, and topical authority research using AI-powered SEO tools.
- Prepare SEO-first content briefs and optimize metadata, schema, and semantic relevance.
- Perform advanced technical SEO audits and resolve crawlability, indexation, and performance issues.
- Build and support SEO automation workflows using Python, APIs, or no-code platforms.
- Measure SEO performance using GA4, GSC, Looker Studio, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.
