- Proven track record of executing integrated campaigns that drive pipeline growth and revenue impact.
- Strong experience partnering with Sales and BDR teams to improve lead conversion and accelerate pipeline.
- Solid understanding of lead management processes, marketing attribution, and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional and regional teams.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English; advanced Spanish proficiency is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Lead the execution of demand generation programs across Brazil to drive pipeline creation, improve conversion rates, and support revenue targets.
- Partner closely with Sales and BDR teams to align campaign priorities, pipeline goals, and lead follow-up processes to accelerate revenue generation.
- Optimize lead management workflows, including routing, scoring, and follow-up processes to improve efficiency and conversion performance.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, content, and events targeting key accounts and personas.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Content teams to localize messaging and ensure strong relevance for the Brazilian market.
- Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and pipeline contribution to identify optimization opportunities and improve ROI.
- Support forecasting and reporting by providing clear visibility into marketing impact and pipeline performance.
- Coach and support team members, contributing to capability development and execution excellence.
- Strengthen cross-functional alignment with Sales Operations, Partner teams, and regional marketing stakeholders to ensure consistent execution.
