Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in PPC/SEM, specifically managing Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns
  • Strong expertise in Google Ads, including smart bidding strategies, campaign structuring, and optimization techniques
  • Proven experience managing large-scale paid search accounts with ownership of performance outcomes
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics and internal reporting dashboards
  • Familiarity with competitive intelligence tools such as SEMrush, Adthena, or similar platforms
  • High proficiency in Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and other relevant platforms
  • Take full ownership of channel performance, ensuring delivery against business targets and explaining performance variances to stakeholders
  • Develop and implement PPC strategies including keyword planning, audience targeting, campaign structure, and bidding approaches
  • Define and execute both short-term tactical improvements and long-term growth strategies across assigned verticals
  • Build and manage a structured testing roadmap, scaling successful experiments across campaigns and teams
  • Use data-driven insights to identify optimization opportunities and improve overall campaign performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Development, Product, Data, Engineering, Compliance, and Finance
