Requirements

- Experience working with stakeholders across leadership, marketing, and subject matter expert teams
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments
Responsibilities
- Own and execute social media strategy across priority platforms, primarily LinkedIn
- Manage content planning and editorial calendars
- Develop, write, and refine high-quality social content
- Collaborate with executives and subject matter experts to strengthen thought leadership
- Monitor engagement and community activity
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics
- Support broader marketing communications initiatives including PR alignment and campaign amplification
