  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, or similar)
  • Comfort using AI tools to support marketing workflows and improve productivity

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination across timelines, assets, and cross-functional teams.
  • Support planning and execution of seasonal and always-on marketing campaigns across digital and social channels
  • Manage social media campaign execution, including scheduling, publishing, tracking, and performance monitoring for both organic and paid content
  • Own campaign timelines, workflows, and deliverables, ensuring all milestones are met in a fast-moving environment
  • Coordinate and traffic campaign assets across teams, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of content across channels
  • Maintain campaign calendars, trackers, and documentation to ensure transparency and operational alignment
  • Manage campaign briefs from intake through completion, ensuring clarity and alignment across stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, content, paid media, and partnerships to resolve blockers and maintain momentum
  • Track campaign performance and support reporting, providing insights on results and optimization opportunities
  • Contribute to process improvements by leveraging tools, including AI, to enhance efficiency and scalability
