Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, marketing leadership, or growth roles within fintech, financial services, or data-driven organizations.
- Strong experience in building and managing external partner ecosystems with commercial ownership.
- Deep understanding of India’s financial services ecosystem, fintechs, Account Aggregator frameworks, and alternate data sources.
- Proven experience managing marketing functions such as events, digital platforms, content strategy, and vendor management.
- Strong executive communication skills with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Experience working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments requiring cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, marketing, or related field required.
- MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead the overall brand, marketing, and market presence strategy.
- Own and manage corporate digital assets, thought leadership content, and partner-facing communications.
- Plan and execute industry events, conferences, and strategic marketing initiatives.
- Develop and deliver content including white papers, case studies, and articles.
- Coordinate with global and enterprise marketing teams for brand consistency.
- Drive end-to-end engagement with alternate data partners.
- Lead consultative partner onboarding, commercial structuring, and data monetization frameworks.
- Manage legal, compliance, and technical coordination for data integration and RBI guidelines.
- Maintain and optimize a live partner ecosystem pipeline.
- Collaborate on client-facing solutioning and commercial engagements.
