Requirements
- 3+ years in product at a fast-moving startup (AI company preferred)
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar)
- Software engineering background (ability to read and write code)
- Strong UX instincts
- Data-driven mindset using analytics tools daily
- High ownership and ability to fix problems autonomously
- Power user of Claude Code, Cursor, or similar for daily work
- Ability to learn new AI tools in days
Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap for core organic growth platform features
- Run continuous discovery: user interviews, data analysis, competitor research
- Prototype working solutions using AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Replit)
- Work with engineers to refine and ship production-ready features
- Track competitors and AI search platform changes
- Define and track key KPIs for your features
- Run experiments and measure impact
- Think from the user's standpoint and advocate for UX
