- Over 2 years of experience as a UX writer or content designer in a product company
- Ability to work with analytics and usability services
- Experience working with a CMS
- Basic knowledge of interface design services such as Figma
- Knowledge of user research
- Ready to work using the Scrum methodology
Responsibilities
- Design content for user tasks (from headers, forms, and buttons to transactional emails and instructions)
- Explain complex information in simple terms
- Research the effectiveness and clarity of interface texts
- Work with the product tone and voice
- Prepare release notes
