Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare partnerships, healthcare consulting, or SaaS customer success.
- Strong project management skills managing multiple concurrent implementations.
- Proven experience in customer success management, implementation, or consulting.
- Ability to think strategically and systemically while executing methodically.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to articulate product vision.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to design comprehensive documentation.
- Demonstrated AI fluency (minimum Level 1: daily usage for personal productivity).
- Interest in healthcare industry transformation.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for partners following the initial sales phase.
- Define and execute the operational strategy for partners, driving enrollment, engagement, renewals, and successful integrations.
- Operate cross-functionally across Implementation, Customer Success, and Partner Operations.
- Represent partner needs and support the selection and integration of clinical solution partners.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Partner Success, supporting ecosystem partnership development.
- Create processes, documentation, and training materials to enable Customer Success teams.
- Support Channel Sales by contributing to sales enablement materials and educating teams.
- Develop and deliver quarterly and annual business reviews with Channel Sales.
- Troubleshoot operational, reporting, eligibility, and integration issues.
