  • Senior Sales Engineering track record in the German Public Sector
  • Ability to support complex deals end-to-end (discovery to close)
  • Understanding of stakeholder dynamics and public procurement/tender processes
  • Deep technical expertise in Network Security and Cloud
  • Expertise in architecture-level understanding and relevant security controls
  • Value- and outcome-oriented communication skills
  • Ability to deliver executive-ready presentations in German
  • High learning agility for new topics like AI security
  • Strong team collaboration and professional presence

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a true “two-in-a-box” team with the Account Executive (AE): jointly build and execute the account plan and customer engagement strategy
  • Lead high-impact customer engagements: run discovery, workshops, demos, and architecture sessions
  • Translate requirements into secure Network Security & Cloud solution designs
  • Articulate measurable outcomes such as risk reduction, compliance, and efficiency
  • Drive technical win plans and proof points including PoCs/pilots
  • Define success criteria and coordinate internal resources for opportunities
  • Guide deals to clear customer-aligned decisions
