Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and manage support tickets
  • Monitor order flow across Shopify, Base, and Amazon MCF
  • Audit website for accuracy, broken links, and promotional consistency
  • Build and maintain SOPs for all operational workflows
  • Implement automations using Shopify Flow and AI tools
  • Deliver weekly Shopify performance reports and track key metrics
  • Maintain compliance across ADA, privacy, and tracking regulations
