- Comfortable in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and manage support tickets
- Monitor order flow across Shopify, Base, and Amazon MCF
- Audit website for accuracy, broken links, and promotional consistency
- Build and maintain SOPs for all operational workflows
- Implement automations using Shopify Flow and AI tools
- Deliver weekly Shopify performance reports and track key metrics
- Maintain compliance across ADA, privacy, and tracking regulations
