Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 3-6 years of healthcare operations experience in a similar role (management consultant, project manager, program manager, process manager).
  • Must be located in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
  • PMP certification highly preferred.
  • MBA, MHA, MPH, or related graduate degree preferred.
  • Experience working with private equity firms or within a private equity-backed organization highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Operational credibility in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze key performance drivers, including census trends, intake conversion, discharge patterns, provider productivity, scheduling utilization, revenue cycle performance, and cost structures.
  • Identify emerging operational risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
  • Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new operational processes and technologies.
  • Conduct root cause analyses to uncover underlying operational issues and develop corrective action plans.
  • Drive accountability through routine performance scorecards and operational reviews.
  • Recommend and implement process automation to improve efficiency.
  • Mentor operational leaders in performance improvement and best practices.
  • Assist in the integration and operational stabilization of newly acquired clinics.
  • Develop scalable playbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
