Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 3-6 years of healthcare operations experience in a similar role (management consultant, project manager, program manager, process manager).
- Must be located in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
- PMP certification highly preferred.
- MBA, MHA, MPH, or related graduate degree preferred.
- Experience working with private equity firms or within a private equity-backed organization highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Operational credibility in the field.
Responsibilities
- Analyze key performance drivers, including census trends, intake conversion, discharge patterns, provider productivity, scheduling utilization, revenue cycle performance, and cost structures.
- Identify emerging operational risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies.
- Lead change management efforts to support adoption of new operational processes and technologies.
- Conduct root cause analyses to uncover underlying operational issues and develop corrective action plans.
- Drive accountability through routine performance scorecards and operational reviews.
- Recommend and implement process automation to improve efficiency.
- Mentor operational leaders in performance improvement and best practices.
- Assist in the integration and operational stabilization of newly acquired clinics.
- Develop scalable playbooks, SOPs, and operational documentation.
