Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in platform engineering or infrastructure management.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, networking, and database management.
- Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Ansible).
- Understanding of security protocols and compliance frameworks (ISO, SOC).
- Proven ability to influence technical direction and mentor engineers.
- Experience building APIs and writing production-grade scripts.
- Ability to present technical infrastructure needs to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, reliable, and secure system architecture.
- Own and optimize cloud infrastructure, networking, and database systems.
- Manage and refine CI/CD pipelines to support reliable software deployments.
- Lead incident response efforts and drive post-incident reviews.
- Mentor and coach engineers on the platform team.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI tooling.
- Perform audits to ensure adherence to ISO, SOC, or other compliance standards.
