Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, or SRE.
  • Background in deeply technical B2B environments like observability or data platforms.
  • Expert troubleshooting skills across APIs, SDKs, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with cloud-native stacks.
  • Proficiency in Python programming; TypeScript experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker.
  • Experience working with logs, traces, and metrics (Datadog, OpenTelemetry).
  • Experience supporting enterprise customers.
  • Collaborative mindset for working with engineering on complex escalations.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the go-to escalation point for technical support inquiries.
  • Diagnose issues across customer setup, LangChain products, and deployment.
  • Partner with engineering, operations, and product teams to resolve bugs.
  • Support critical enterprise customers alongside Deployed Engineering.
  • Build and refine internal tooling, diagnostics, and runbooks.
  • Lead post-mortems for critical incidents.
  • Refine and track support KPIs (MTTR, CSAT, bug recurrence).
  • Improve documentation and knowledge articles.
  • Mentor and coach other support engineers.
