Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, joint ventures, or corporate strategy.
- Strong understanding of board governance processes.
- Expertise in executive-level communications.
- Experience building Board PPT decks.
- Experience with budgeting and financial planning.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence across functions and levels.
- Experience in high-visibility, fast-paced environments.
- Ability to build and implement processes from the ground up.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Finance.
- MBA is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a central liaison between the Power Business Unit and external joint venture partner.
- Support day-to-day oversight and coordination of joint venture activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships across partners.
- Lead preparation and facilitation for Board meetings.
- Coordinate with the Program Management Office (PMO) and executive stakeholders.
- Ensure readiness for monthly Board discussions.
- Provide governance support and advise on board processes.
- Act as SME and coordinator for the annual budget process.
- Guide the budget process under new majority ownership.
- Build and refine processes from the ground up.
